Büyükyalı Istanbul

Büyükyalı Istanbul project, implemented by Özak GYO, Ziylan Gayrimenkul and Yenigün İnşaat partnership, is being built on the Zeytinburnu Kazlıçeşme beach on the European side of Istanbul.

The first phase of the Büyükyalı Istanbul project, spread over an area of 111 thousand square meters, consisting of 560 units, is offered for sale. The project, which started with the slogan "4 neighborhoods, 1 district", includes Deniz Kapı Houses, Bahçe Kapı Houses, Gün Kapı Houses and Kemer Kapı Houses stages.

Reflecting the historical texture of Istanbul on its exterior, Büyükyalı Istanbul Deniz Kapı Houses were designed in a U-shape so that all flats can benefit from the view to the maximum. A square is also being designed within the scope of the project. In the area called Stone Square, loft spaces such as a culture and arts center, fashion design workshop, music school, children's club, restaurants and design boutiques are being created in the historical buildings restored to their original form.

The project includes 1 room 1 living room, 2 room 1 living room, 3 room 1 living room, 4 room 1 living room and 5 room 1 living room flat options. The sizes of the flats in the project vary between 77 square meters and 400 square meters.

Rising next to the Eurasia Tunnel and Marmaray stop, which is under construction, Büyükyalı Istanbul project is located 15 kilometers from TEM, 10 kilometers from Atatürk Airport, 8 kilometers from Topkapı Palace and 2.5 kilometers from E-5.
